Hartz 4.0: Warum wir den Niedriglohnsektor reformieren müssen

Kein anderes Land in Westeuropa hat so viele Niedriglöhner wie Deutschland. Eine Neuausrichtung der Arbeitsmarktpolitik könnte das ändern.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
