Diskriminierung von jungen kinderlosen Frauen für Teilzeitstellen

Junge Frauen werden auf dem Arbeitsmarkt für Teilzeitstellen spürbar diskriminiert – zumindest dann, wenn sie verheiratet und kinderlos sind.

Das ist Ergebnis einer Studie des Instituts zur Zukunft der Arbeit (IZA).

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
