Millionen Arbeitnehmer müssen umschulen

Durch die Pandemie werden die Umbrüche am Arbeitsmarkt noch einmal verstärkt, heißt es in einer McKinsey-Studie. Deutschland ist demnach vergleichsweise gut gerüstet.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
