So machen wir das Homeoffice fair

Immer mehr Menschen wollen mobil und von zuhause aus arbeiten. Doch viele Arbeitgeber sperren sich oder sehen das Homeoffice als Sparprogramm. Rechtliche Fragen sind ungeklärt. Was ein Gesetz zur mobilen Arbeit leisten muss.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
