Aktualisierung der Weisungen zu den Sozialschutz-Paketen der Bundesregierung

Mit der aktuellen schrittweisen Öffnung der Jobcenter wird die Umsetzung von Rechtsfolgenbelehrungen und ggf. Minderungen unter Berücksichtigung der Zumutbarkeit für die Kundinnen und Kunden grundsätzlich ab 1. Juli 2020 wieder aufgenommen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
