Nur etwa hundert Arbeitslose nutzen die Angebote des öffentlich geförderten Modellvorhabens. Etwa 250.000 Euro kostet die Evaluierung.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
