Ist das Teilhabechancen-Gesetz bereits gescheitert?

Das Teilhabechancengesetz sollte bundesweit 150.000 Menschen zusätzlich in Arbeit zu bringen. Doch das Ankurbeln des sozialen Arbeitsmarktes ist nach Einschätzung der LAG Arbeit Hamburg gescheitert.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
