3,2 Millionen Schutzsuchende zum Jahresende 2025

Wie das Statistische Bundesamt (Destatis) mitteilt, waren das rund 3,9 % der Bevölkerung in Deutschland. Im Vergleich zum Jahresende 2024 ging die Zahl der registrierten Schutzsuchenden um 2,1 % oder 68 000 Schutzsuchende zurück.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
