Bürgergeld-Ausgaben steigen nicht mehr – im Gegenteil

Die jährlichen Zahlungsansprüche von „SGB-II-Bedarfsgemeinschaften“, die bis Ende 2024 auf insgesamt 46,923 Milliarden Euro gestiegen waren, steigen nicht mehr – sie sinken seit Beginn des Jahres 2025 sogar leicht.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
