Thüringer SPD-Landräte wollen Geflüchteten Bürgergeld als Darlehen auszahlen

Geflüchtete sollen die in Deutschland erhaltenen Sozialleistungen zurückzahlen: Das fordern zwei Thüringer SPD-Landräte. Der eine ist für kontroverse Positionen bekannt. In der Landespartei ist man nicht begeistert.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
