Rundschreiben und Verfahrenshinweise zur Aufstellung des Bundeshaushalts 2025, der Eckwerte 2026 bis 2029 und des Finanzplans bis 2029

Gemäß dieses Schreibens aus dem Bundesministerium für Finanzen (BMF) wird es erst Ende September 2025 einen verabschiedeten Bundeshaushalt für 2025 geben.

Das Schicksal teilt ungerecht aus; und es gleicht die Ungerechtigkeiten nicht immer aus. Hier hat der Sozialstaat seine Aufgabe. Er sorgt dafür, dass der Mensch reale, nicht nur formale Chancen hat. …

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
