Aufenthaltserlaubnisse für Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine werden automatisch verlängert

Die Aufenthaltserlaubnisse nach Paragraf 24 Aufenthaltsgesetz (AufenthG), die geflüchteten Personen aus der Ukraine ausgestellt wurden, werden um ein weiteres Jahr, bis zum 4. März 2026, verlängert

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
