Nur wenige Betriebe kennen die „Assistierte Ausbildung flexibel“

Den Daten des IAB-Betriebspanels 2023 zufolge gaben nur 7 Prozent der ausbildungsberechtigten Betriebe in Deutschland an, AsA flex zu kennen. Dabei ist das Instrument insbesondere kleinen Betrieben oft nicht bekannt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
