Senatorin Schilling zum Urteil zum Ausbildungsunterstützungsfonds

Die Urteilsbegründung und auch das Sondervotum werde man sich nun genau ansehen, sagte die Senatorin. Das Ziel und der Zeitplan des Fonds bleiben unverändert.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
