Arbeitslosengeld-II-, Sozialgeld- und Bürgergeld-Ausgaben (SGB II) von 2010 bis August 2024 und „Soll-Ausblick 2025“

Von Januar bis August 2024 wurden vom Bund für das „Bürgergeld“ insgesamt 19,914 Milliarden Euro ausgegeben, 2,423 Milliarden Euro (13,9 Prozent) mehr als die 17,491 Milliarden Euro im entsprechenden Vorjahreszeitraum 2023.

Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
