Beschäftigungsquoten 2023 in Deutschland auf allen Qualifikationsniveaus höher als im OECD-Durchschnitt

Personen mit niedrigem Abschluss in Deutschland sind deutlich seltener erwerbstätig als höher Qualifizierte. Große Unterschiede gibt es zwischen den Bundesländern bei den Beschäftigungsquoten von formal Geringqualifizierten.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
