Immer mehr Ausbildungsstellen bleiben unbesetzt

Mehr als 73 000 Azubi-Stellen konnten 2023 nicht besetzt werden. Auf der anderen Seite gehen viele motivierte Bewerber leer aus. Das Grundproblem: Häufig passen Angebot und Nachfrage nicht zusammen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
