In Frankfurt trafen sich Vertreterinnen und Vertreter aus verschiedenen Bereichen des SGB II, um einen neuen Prozess für den Übergang der Förderung der beruflichen Weiterbildung (FbW) von den Jobcentern zur Agentur für Arbeit zu gestalten.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
