Änderungen bei Förderung beruflicher Weiterbildung und beruflicher Rehabilitation ab 01.01.2025 beschlossen

Die Zuständigkeit für Beratung, Bewilligung und Finanzierung für die Förderung beruflicher Weiterbildung von erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigten wird von den Jobcentern (SGB II) auf die Agenturen für Arbeit (SGB III) übertragen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
