Zunehmende Bedeutung von Grundbildung und Weiterbildung für Geringqualifizierte

Die Digitalisierung und der demografische Wandel stellen Unternehmen immer wieder vor neue Herausforderungen. Der daraus resultierende Veränderungsdruck spiegelt sich auch in den wachsenden Anforderungen an geringqualifizierte Beschäftigte wider.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
