Länder und Kommunen wehren sich gegen Jobcenter-Pläne

Bundesländer und Kommunen laufen Sturm gegen die Absicht von Arbeitsminister Hubertus Heil, die Betreuung von Unter-25-Jährigen von den Jobcentern auf die Arbeitsagenturen zu übertragen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
