Frauen als Lösung für Fachkräftemangel: Was Staat und Unternehmen tun müssen

Mehr arbeiten? Mehr Zuwanderung? Oder einfach mehr Frauen? Ökonomen sehen in letzterem großes Potential, um den Fachkräftemangel in Deutschland zu lindern. Denn auch wenn hierzulande viele Frauen einen Job haben, hinken wir international hinterher.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
