Wirtschaftsverbände kritisieren Heils Konzept für Bildungszeit

Das Weiterbildungsgesetz von Arbeitsminister Heil sieht für Beschäftigte eine bezahlte Weiterbildung für ein Jahr vor. Kritiker bemängeln unter anderem eine soziale Unausgewogenheit.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
