Azubi-Suche: Der Wille ist da – aber Bewerber fehlen

Rosinenpicken bei der Auswahl von Azubis? Das ist spätestens seit der Corona-Krise für viele Betriebe vorbei. Oft fehlen Bewerberinnen und Bewerber. Ein neues Modell in Baden-Württemberg soll Abhilfe schaffen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
