Es hat sich gezeigt, dass sich Arbeitnehmer:innen gut an die Bedingungen des mobilen Arbeitens angepasst haben – die Flexibilität bringt viele Vorteile. Allerdings drohen Haarrisse in der Unternehmenskultur.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
