Lohnungleichheit zwischen Mann und Frau gibt es nicht erst seit der Corona-Pandemie. Jedoch verschärft die Krise die Problematik auf dem Arbeitsmarkt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
