Lücke zwischen den Geschlechtern bleibt – Frauen erhalten seltener Aufstockung bei Kurzarbeit

Die durchschnittliche Erwerbs-Arbeitszeit von Frauen ist im Zuge der Corona-Krise stärker gesunken als die von Männern. Dadurch hat sich die Schere bei den geschlechtsspezifischen Erwerbs-Arbeitszeiten geöffnet.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
