Bewertung der Betreuung und Beratung in den Jobcentern

Der Kurzbericht des Instituts für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB) zeigt für bestimmte Gruppen von Leistungsberechtigten mit und ohne Verpflichtung zur Arbeitsuche, wie sich der Kontakt zum Jobcenter gestaltet und wie sie diesen wahrnehmen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
