Senat beschließt Eckpunkte des Landesprogramm „Lebendige Quartiere“

Der Senat hat die weiteren Weichen für das Landesprogramm „Lebendige Quartiere“ gestellt. Mit diesem Programm werden sowohl Initiativen und Einrichtungen vor Ort unterstützt, als auch die öffentlichen Infrastrukturen ausgebaut und gestärkt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
