Bundesagentur-Chef Scheele: Kurzarbeit an Weiterbildung koppeln

BA-Chef Scheele setzt sich für eine Bindung des Kurzarbeitergeldes an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen ein. Zudem fordert er eine Verlängerung der Bezugszeit auf 24 Monate.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
