Was Unternehmen hilft, während der Corona-Pandemie weiterbildungsaktiv zu sein

Jedes dritte Unternehmen nutzt die Kurzarbeit für Weiterbildung. Um noch mehr Mitarbeiter zu qualifizieren, wünschen sich die Unternehmen eine stärkere finanzielle Förderung sowie breite Unterstützung im Bereich des E-Learnings.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
