Entwurf eines Gesetzes zu sozialen Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung der Corona-Pandemie (Sozialschutz-Paket II)

Die Koalitionsfraktionen wollen die sozialen Folgewirkungen der Corona-Pandemie erneut mit weiteren sozialpolitischen Maßnahmen abfedern und haben dazu einen Gesetzentwurf ( 19/18966) für ein Sozialschutz-Paket-II vorgelegt.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
