Nach der Weisung 202004014 der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) vom 29.04.2020 zur Umsetzung des Sozialdienstleister-Einsatzgesetzes (SodEG) hier nun die zugehörige Fachliche Weisung der BA.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
