Wer sich nicht weiterbildet, verliert den Anschluss

Ausgerechnet im Land der Dichter und Denker bilden sich zuwenige Arbeitnehmer fort. Warum das in Zeiten der Digitalisierung und des Strukturwandels ein Problem ist.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
