Künstliche Intelligenz wird die Arbeit nicht abschaffen

Wir müssen bezahlte und unbezahlte Arbeit gerecht verteilen. Sonst droht die Gefahr, die Gesellschaft zu spalten. Ein Kommentar von Andrea Komlosy, Professorin für Wirtschafts- und Sozialgeschichte an der Universität Wien.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
