BA-Chef fordert rasches Gesetz

Im November 2019 hatte das Bundesverfassungsgericht die Hartz-IV-Sanktionen zum Teil gekippt. Das Urteil soll nun schnell umgesetzt werden, fordert Detlef Scheele, der Chef der Arbeitsagentur.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
