Zeitarbeit als Sprungbrett in den Arbeitsmarkt

Die Leiharbeitsfirma KMS verfolgt ein in Bayern ein Konzept der Personalvermittlung als Sprungbrett in den Arbeitsmarkt. Aus Sicht der Geschäftsführung zeigt es, dass Zeitarbeit ein erfolgreiches Mittel für die Rückkehr in den Job sein kann.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
