Leistungen der Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende im Bundeshaushalt 2018, 2019 und 2020

Im ergänzten Regierungsentwurf des Bundeshaushalts 2020 sind für „Leistungen der Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende“ Bundesmittel in Höhe von insgesamt 36,550 Milliarden Euro veranschlagt, 768 Millionen Euro weniger als im Bundeshaushalt 2019.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
