Precht philosophiert über die Zukunft der Arbeit

Auf viele warte die Arbeitslosigkeit, ist sich der Philosoph Richard David Precht sicher: Die Digitalisierung werde Millionen Arbeitsplätze verschwinden lassen. Selbst IT-Jobs seien bedroht, sagt er am Mittwoch auf der Hannover Messe.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
