Die sogenannte „Industrie 4.0“ hat große Auswirkungen auf die Arbeit und das Leben fast aller Menschen. Was genau es mit dem „Internet der Dinge“ auf sich hat, erklärt die IG Metall in einem Video.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
