Verfahren gegen Jobcenter haben sich verdoppelt

Immer mehr Menschen ziehen gegen Entscheidungen der Jobcenter vor Gericht – in Hamburg und bundesweit. Sozialhilfevereine gehen davon aus, dass die Klagen weiter zunehmen werden.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
