Die Rolle der Führungsberatung SGB II in den Agenturen für Arbeit bei der Wahrnehmung der Trägerverantwortung im SGB II bleibt grundsätzlich bestehen. Die Führungsberatung SGB II wird jedoch bundesweit einheitlicher und stringenter ausgerichtet.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
