Ziehen Firmen Stellenabbau wegen der Rentenreform vor?

Setzen Unternehmen derzeit Stellenabbau-Programme früher um als geplant? Die Rentenreform könnte ein Grund dafür sein. Zumindest, wenn auch über Altersteilzeit-Lösungen abgebaut werden soll. Arbeitsmarkt-Experten sehen darin aber kein Problem.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
