Deutsche empfinden ihr Land als digital abgehängt

Die Deutschen sehen den Digitalisierungsgrad ihres Landes besonders pessimistisch. Dies ist das Ergebnis einer Studie („The Tech Divide: Industrie und Arbeit“) im Auftrag des Vodafone Instituts, umgesetzt durch das Meinungsforschungsinstitut Ipsos.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
