Wer Termine im Jobcenter verpasst, muss künftig mit massiven Kürzungen rechnen – bis hin zur vollständigen Streichung der Leistungen. Für viele Vermieter ist das eine Schreckensmeldung. Denn fällt das Bürgergeld, bleibt oft auch die Miete aus.

Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
