Weniger Kündigungsschutz soll mehr Beschäftigung bringen

Die Koalition plant eine Reform des Arbeitsrechts. Besonders umstritten: längere sachgrundlose Befristungen und ein aufgelockerter Kündigungsschutz. Was das für Beschäftigte bedeutet – und wer davon profitiert.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
