Die Umsetzung des Programms „Qualifizierungsbonus für Beschäftigte“ wird künftig von der BAB – Die Förderbank für Bremen und Bremerhaven übernommen.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
