Online-Medien sind bei der Personalsuche auf dem Vormarsch

Im ersten Quartal 2026 gab es bundesweit 1,15 Millionen offene Stellen – 105.800 oder rund 8 Prozent weniger als im Vorquartal. Im Vergleich zum ersten Quartal 2025 lag die Zahl um 23.800 Stellen oder rund 2 Prozent niedriger.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
