Weisung − Regelung bei Arbeitsverweigerung

Neuregelung des Leistungsentzuges bei willentlicher Nichtaufnahme einer konkreten und zumutbaren Arbeit gemäß §§ 31a Absatz 7, 31b Absatz 3 SGB II durch das 13. SGB II ÄndG 21.04.2026 nach Maßgabe der nachfolgenden Regelungen.

Das Schicksal teilt ungerecht aus; und es gleicht die Ungerechtigkeiten nicht immer aus. Hier hat der Sozialstaat seine Aufgabe. Er sorgt dafür, dass der Mensch reale, nicht nur formale Chancen hat. …

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
