Stadt München warnt vor Folgen der neuen Grundsicherung

Weil die Regelungen für die Übernahme von Mieten bundesweit geändert werden, droht Dutzenden Münchnern die Wohnungslosigkeit. Und auch für die klamme Stadt kann es teuer werden.

Demokratie und Sozialstaat gehören zusammen. Die Bürger in einer Demokratie brauchen Ausbildung und Auskommen, sie brauchen eine leidlich gesicherte Existenz. Das Leben wird weiterhin ungerecht beginnen und es wird ungerecht enden. Dass es dazwischen einigermaßen gerecht zugeht – dafür gibt es den Sozialstaat.“
